Cancellation and Refund Policy

At SGA, we strive to ensure your satisfaction with our software-as-a-service platform (the "Service"). This Cancellation and Refund Policy outlines the terms for canceling your subscription and requesting a refund.

1. Subscription Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting us at me@preraktrivedi.com.

Cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing cycle. You will continue to have access to the Service until the end of the paid period.

No partial refunds will be provided for the unused portion of a billing cycle.

2. Refund Eligibility

Free Trial: If your subscription includes a free trial, you may cancel during the trial period without incurring any charges.

Paid Subscriptions: We offer refunds only in the following cases:

  • Within 7 days of your initial subscription purchase, provided you have not extensively used the Service (as determined by us).
  • If the Service is unavailable or materially defective for a continuous period of 48 hours or more, upon verification.

Refunds are not available for:

  • Renewed subscriptions.
  • Subscriptions canceled after the 7-day initial period.
  • Partial or unused subscription periods.

3. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, contact us at me@preraktrivedi.com with:

  • Your account details (e.g., registered email address).
  • Reason for the refund request.
  • Proof of purchase, if applicable. We will review your request and respond within 7 business days.

4. Processing Refunds

Approved refunds will be processed within 14 business days to the original payment method.

Refunds are subject to deductions for any applicable taxes, transaction fees, or discounts applied.

5. Non-Refundable Fees

Any setup fees, one-time charges, or third-party service fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated.
